We bought a sofa at the Askona store. We are very satisfied with the sofa, good quality, easy assembly, really worth the money, but there is a big BUT!! When you buy a sofa for that kind of money, you also expect high-quality delivery, respectful communication from all departments, including the driver who delivers it, however, the logistics department - terrible specialists did not take into account any of my requirements: neither in terms of delivery time, nor by means of communication, they cannot answer any question competently and without pushing responsibility to other departments! Such a service leaves a very big minus and a big sediment - this is the level of students at the university who cannot pass the test! In my humble opinion, this deserves not just a negative review, but a good consumer protection complaint for such an attitude towards customers, only such people spoil the whole thrill of the company and what they produce!

As a store, we have no complaints. The product is cool, high-quality, and there is a large selection. But how about the service… The service is terrible. The production time was agreed to be 25 days. After 10 days, they contacted us, saying that the product we ordered had been removed from production (why couldn't this have been said earlier? I don't understand) it takes + 10 days to make it. As a result: the order was paid on November 20th (more precisely, 50% of the cost was prepaid). The product is still not with us. During this time, the product has become cheaper. No one agreed to lower the price for us. Delivery is also a bit bad. Delivery does not ring on the day of delivery. No one says what time to wait for the order. They only named the day. Bottom line: there is a choice of product, it's cool. As a service, it's a horror. Next time, we'd rather not order than encounter the same service.

The store and in particular the seller Ekaterina have 5 stars. Logistics and service -5 below I tell you why. On May 13, I placed an order for a sofa (the one that is already in stock), the target was for delivery on the 15th, later I was contacted by logistics and told that it would not be possible to deliver on the 15th. We agreed that if there was an opportunity to deliver, we would be happy to PRE-deliver on the 19th - OK, we live on. The 19th comes at 11:00 a.m. there is no connection, I had already forgotten that there could be a delivery. They remembered. I start calling everyone - no one takes it, later the store calls back, in particular Ekaterina (she has separate 5 stars, if not for her, I would have canceled the purchase and immediately wrote a complaint). In general, logistics contacts me later at about 12:30 and says that I have a delivery today and the crew will contact me later. I'm already shocked by all this. The crew contacts and says that the delivery is at 17:00. Of course, I can't do it at this time, and I say, either we need to deliver and assemble by 16:45, or let's do it by 19:00, to which the following response followed: "We will already be returning to Minsk at this time, either 17:00 or cancellation (AN IMPORTANT DETAIL because I was told that there would be delivery and I didn't expect that there could be such jokes. I took the old sofa out to the trash so that it wouldn't take up space since the apartment is 1-room). We continue, I start calling logistics at this point, and I get a response that they can't do anything about it, and in general they didn't have to call me and warn me about the delivery on the 19th, because we talked on May 13, it's only been a week... I started calling Ekaterina's store (I'll remind you 5 stars, then you'll understand why, since it was generally trash) and found the number of their logistics chief Natalia to solve this problem. They promised me that the crew would have time to do everything before 16:45, and I fell for it. The sofa was delivered at 16:25 (at 17:00 I had to be at work if I had been warned there would have been no problems in a day) the sofa was carried out for 10 minutes and of course no one had time to assemble it, but also the logistics department They didn't care, as long as they brought the couch in, and then do whatever you want. So they didn't have time to assemble the sofa and sent an assembler to me, who was on a business trip and was returning home. He was supposed to come to me at 22:30. Well, I'm sorry, of course, but why do I need it at 22:30 in a studio apartment, a man who will assemble a sofa for one and a half to two hours (he said such a guideline for assembly). I started calling Natalia (the head of logistics) to find out, to which I received an answer that she understands everything, but already as it is. My opinion is that there should be some compensation for such nonsense. I've been on my nerves all day, on the phone, and I had to cancel a lot of work to do this so-called delivery, to which I received the answer "They'll contact you". I'm writing the entire review because, as you know, I haven't received any feedback. Thanks to Ekaterina, who agreed (this is definitely not her responsibility, SHE fulfilled her task: She competently consulted and sold the product) with another crew, they came to me at 21:00 and assembled a sofa in 4 hands in 40 minutes. To summarize: Ekaterina is 5 stars The sofa is 4 stars (there should have been a fabric sample in the documents so that the detergent could be tried initially on a piece, but of course the envelope was empty - well, it wasn't much of a surprise to be honest). The service is terrible - 5 stars. If there is an option to buy elsewhere, I advise you to take care of your nerves and your time by buying a sofa of 4270 rubles. I wanted a slightly different attitude. If suddenly the administration is still monitoring something, then order rbWE-031016 to check the situation.
