I bought a children's mattress 2 years ago. We use it, the child is happy, I sometimes lie down myself, my back is glad, the quality is excellent, the price was great, I got a discount just right. Нашел в интернете матрас по соотношению цены и качества, основываясь на отзывах. Заехал в магазин, не нашёл его в реальности пощупать и полежать, но... менеджер порекомендовал другой, похожий... И что в итоге, спросите вы? Я ушел, в ожидание матраса стоимостью выше в три раза! О нет! Дело не только в деньгах или же грамотном подходе консультанта, а в том, насколько же комфортно лежать на приличном матрасе фирмы Аскона. Я очень доволен магазином и тем как подробно проконсультировали. Особый плюс ребятам с доставки. И как бонус почему то шла подушка, хоть про нее и не было речи изначально. Но не суть. Ведь то, что я получил от ортопедического матраса, не передадут слова. Спасибо специалисту за то что порекомендовала мне его, не смотря на мой первоначальный выбор. И спасибо Асконе. Надеюсь прослужит очень долго!

We ordered a bed on November 5, the production time is about a month, I call on December 9, in response to me that your bed is not yet in delivery. A week and a half passes, I call today and it turns out that our bed has not yet been put into production and that something has broken there. We went to the store and just a disgusting discussion of the consultant girl who was there. Not only did they not apologize, they also said that they were not going to call us until December 21 and say that the bed had not yet been put into production, despite the fact that all the deadlines had already passed. In general, you need a bed, then you call yourself 20 times and ask. Such furniture and such terrible service. We have written an application for a refund, thank you only for returning them immediately. There is absolutely no more desire to go back there and buy something.

We ordered an Ascona mattress. Come. Unpacked. We slept for 1 night. 43 days have already passed since then. It still stinks. After writing the claim, the "specialists" arrived in the person of the driver and the forwarder, filled in the act of assessing the delay. They sniffed it with their noses... Isn't it funny?! They said in words that it stinks!!!! But the act noted the number 2 on a scale from 0 to 5. It is not possible to sleep on a mattress, and they refused to return the money!!! DON'T MESS WITH ME!!!!

С супругой выбирали матрас, сначала не могли определится, что хотим.. Но девчонки просто асы своего дела, все объяснили, показали, а большой плюс что матрас не пришлось ждать, он был у них на складе. Персонал и отношение к клиенту нп 5+
