So the bed was delivered, it was time to assemble (we decided to assemble ourselves) and then the most interesting thing began, assembly according to the instructions, everything is described in detail. The bed is assembled. The result: a bed with a mattress in the assembled form is much higher than the knee, when you sit down, the legs hang down, although the bed was below the knee in the cabin, the headboard in the cabin looked more impressive than at home, what's the matter. The thing is, the manager did not warn that the bed would have high legs, as the same manager later claimed that it was for a robot vacuum cleaner (no one even discussed this point), the mattress is very high (because no one needs it at a discount), and the lifting mechanism increases the height (the manager did not inform about this either). I call the next day with these questions, they tell me that everything is standard, what questions do we have, if you want to buy other legs lower, I say the mattress is high, the headboard covers almost half, the mattress turns out to be standard too. In short, these are the answers to each question. As a result, they redirected you to production, they said they would contact you to resolve your issue, they called back from production for two weeks until they reminded you of their existence, and finally they called back. The answer surprised them.: buy lower legs, we can't help you any more. It turns out that they sold it, no one is interested in the rest, solve your problems yourself, and no one is interested in the fact that an employee of this organization is to blame because of his inexperience. I do not advise contacting this organization, the name is loud, and the organization in the company is at a below-average level.
