Askona's prices are above average in the market — we pay for the quality and reputation of the brand. But, apparently, this quality ends in production, because movers and assemblers seem to have their own idea of what the "Askona level" is. The movers forced the mattress into the elevator because they were too lazy to walk to the top floor. And up to the first floor, the mattress was generally dragged along the floor — as if it were garbage, and not products for which the client had paid a lot of money. The chair, which in size does not fit into the elevator, was also somehow "crammed" - it's even scary to imagine. A brand with such a reputation is required to provide an appropriate level of service. In this case, this level is completely failed.
