Of the cons: there was a leaky sheet on the bed, the price on the menu and at the reception was different (the price at the reception was higher, of course: "the prices were raised a week ago, but the menu was not replaced," that was the explanation); when we arrived at the beginning of breakfast, there was a coffee machine that asked to be cleaned, there was no staff, we cleaned ourselves, then we came hotel staff, at breakfast you could put a microwave oven to heat pancakes. We had dinner at the hotel, ordered from the menu. The portions are large, the food is delicious. There is a fee + to the cost of the menu. The food is normal for breakfast in the morning, I liked it.

The rooms are spacious, the room has everything you need: kettle, refrigerator, dishes, air conditioning, tea bags, coffee, sugar. They give you sneakers. The bathroom has a shower, shampoo, toothbrushes, and a set of towels. The breakfasts are quite hearty, the staff is friendly. Of the disadvantages, I will note only the not very thorough cleaning of the room upon arrival. Overall, the price-quality ratio is good.
