The main disadvantage is the lack of a toilet. The building has 4 floors, lots of shops and learning centers, but there is no toilet. How a small child can keep everything to himself. I have been to this center several times and never once has anyone gone to a meeting or taken a 3-year-old child to the toilet, although by law the Store or center is required to provide access.
