Nice solid hotel. The rooms and common areas are clean, the renovation is not fancy, but good. The sound insulation is average. The staff is friendly. Water is provided according to the general schedule, which is notified when confirming the reservation. But apparently there are some kind of storage tanks, so at least there is a minimum pressure almost always. The price tag, of course, is a horse. Although by Donetsk standards it's just big.

The best hotel in Donetsk. The rooms are stylish, cozy, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant at the Mama dear hotel! I haven't eaten so delicious in a long time, and not just any one dish, but all the dishes I tried during my stay were simply masterpieces and the portions were generous!! By the way, I definitely recommend breakfast!! In general, I was left with a pleasant and sooo delicious impression of the trip!!!

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are always clean, the reception staff is polite, they always respond to requests (to call a taxi, suggest the best route) and try to help. I would like to mention the restaurant separately. Good and varied breakfasts. There is also the opportunity to visit the SPA complex and the gym. Definitely, I recommend you to visit.
