It so happened that the internal combustion engine on my wife's Audi became unusable due to a factory defect. Verdict - repair is impractical, replacement of the internal combustion engine is necessary. Taking into account the service station market, it was possible to repair anywhere, but after preliminary communication with the head of the service department, I preferred to do the work for Serov. As a result, I did not regret my decision. Considering that the breakdown is serious and the repair is expensive, they treated our problem as humanly as possible and actively advised us, helped us find a contract engine, and after the repair they gave us recommendations for further operation.
