The owner brought the documents. I explained everything on the spot. I left a pleasant impression of communication. I am very pleased with the level of trust in this organization. When handing over the car, we called the owner, he explained that the acceptance manager does not have time to arrive at the agreed time. We agreed to park the car in a designated place (geographically convenient for me). Customer orientation is 20/10! I recommend.

We rented a car for 10 days. We quickly agreed, the car was provided in accordance with the preliminary arrangements, in a convenient location, clean and refueled. I want to note that for the first time in a given car, a new washer was filled in (it may have run out, but the landlord noticed it and refilled it, which is also a plus), there were also new fivro napkins and artificial suede in the car so that it could be wiped after washing. The car was taken for quite a long time. Execution of the contract and acceptance, transfer of the car without any comments. Fast and convenient. The car is in good condition, but as a side note, I would like to mention the need to replace winter tires in the summer season. Taking into account the rains, this is not the safest savings. Overall, positive impressions and positive feedback can be given.
