I rented a car from this company for the first time and was very satisfied. The entire procedure from submitting the documents to receiving the keys was completed in 15 minutes. The manager called in advance and clarified the details. The car was clean, technically sound, with a full tank. The interior is as new, no unpleasant odors. I felt confident driving. I would especially like to note the courtesy of the staff — they greeted me like a family, explained everything, showed me the nuances at the reception (and did not find fault with the details when handing over). I returned the car a little later than the agreed time (got into a traffic jam). I was worried that I would have to pay a fine or an extra hour. But the company was sympathetic, they didn't demand any additional payments, they just thanked me for warning them on the phone. It's very relaxing.

We rented it for a day. Taking into account the wishes, we promptly provided a car. Well maintained and spacious. A full tank. The contract was executed remotely, very conveniently, in just an hour. The owner brought the documents. I explained everything on the spot. I left a pleasant impression of communication. I am very pleased with the level of trust in this organization. When handing over the car, we called the owner, he explained that the acceptance manager does not have time to arrive at the agreed time. We agreed to park the car in a designated place (geographically convenient for me). Customer orientation is 20/10! I recommend.
