When diagnosing the car, the windshield molding clips were broken (the master grabbed it to "shake" the car), we immediately went to the store to buy these clips, but they are custom-made. Every day, for 3 days, I called, clarified, they didn't come, they said no, as a result, I went myself, bought it and fixed the malfunction myself, although during installation, it turned out that the base of the molding itself was broken. Naturally, I had a bad impression of the service and I wrote a review. A few days later, the head of the service saw the review and offered to fix the problem (refund the cost of the clips), to which I informed him that in addition to the clips, the base of the molding was broken and would need to be removed and glued again, I suggested that when the clips arrived, they would call me and tell me to come and they handed it over, the owner I agreed. As a result, the staff redid everything, there are no questions, but the sediment remained, as well as traces of my installation. As a plus, I would like to mention the competent actions of the head to resolve and eliminate this issue.
