My husband and I spent two months arguing until we were hoarse about which house we wanted — he had his own ideas, I had mine, and in the end we got some kind of mess. We realized that we couldn't take it out ourselves, and we contacted the Aversa Group architectural bureau. And it was the best solution, which saved us a lot of nerves. Our architect (many thanks to Olga for her angelic patience!) I was able to somehow combine all our crazy requests into one sane concept. We had a great individual house project made for us: on the ground floor there is a huge living room with access to the veranda, as I dreamed, and my husband has his own office away from the nursery. When the layout was approved, we were given a 3D visualization of the project. Listen, this is space — the house looked so detailed and cool in the pictures that we just fell in love with it, and any doubts immediately disappeared. On the plus side, the team really cares about ergonomics. No empty, useless corridors, every meter is working. Construction is already in full swing, the workers praise the drawings, they say that all the documentation was done competently, without jambs. I definitely recommend this office, it employs very intelligent and experienced architects who listen to the client.
