Тупо обманывают людей на авиа билеты! Моих обстоятельства конечно влияют на мой отзывы, я в траур и меня нужно было уехать в Иордании на похоронах, через абу Даби так как прямые рейсы почти нет , я покупаю билет, еду в аэропорт, а мне на рейс не пускают, причина такая ( из за то что у авиакомпании победы нет транзит рейсов и Второй рейс из абу Даби в Иордании нет от победа а другая компания и у меня нет виза хотя на фиг мне виза если я летаю транзит я что типа тупо из аэропорта просто выду в абу Даби нет контроль нет Полиция нет ? У вас что сосем мозгов нет?? Вы обязаны таких информации ставить жирным шрифтом или оповещать людей то что мы вас не пускаем на рейс если нет определённы статус мы в 2025 года хватит людей обманывать!!! И тех поддержку который шаблонами отвечает просто самый ужасный опыт , не советую пользоваться услугами эти компании так как очередной обман людей, вас просто тупо кидают и ничего не можем сделать

I bought a plane ticket for my mother through Aviasales. They directed me to their partner seller – Turna.com. I trusted Aviasales, clicked their link, and paid. The money was taken from my card, but I never received the ticket. No email, no confirmation on the website. Turna.com doesn't respond through any channel: · Their live chat was closed without solving anything · Emails go unanswered · Their phone line is dead I contacted Aviasales support asking for help – after all, they were the ones who sent me to this seller. And this is where it got really frustrating. What did Aviasales actually do? · They spent days emailing me back and forth without solving anything · They shifted all responsibility to me ("check with the airline", "check your spam folder", "wait 14 days") · They asked for the same screenshots multiple times, pretending not to see them · They actively discouraged me from filing a chargeback – the only real way to get my money back · They completely ignored the fact that the flight was the next day The result: · My money is gone to Turna.com, no ticket issued · I had to buy a second ticket from another agent (trip.com) with my own money so my mother wouldn't miss her flight · The airline confirmed over the phone: there is NO booking from Turna.com · Aviasales never stepped in to help My conclusion: Aviasales promises "verified sellers" with nice words, but when something goes wrong, they hide and blame the customer. They don't care about their reputation. Advice to others: If you buy through Aviasales – be prepared to deal with any problems completely alone, even if the seller turns out to be a scammer. Aviasales will not help you.
