I said that I had a very disturbing experience, but the doctor who worked with me was very harsh and instead of letting me calm down, on the contrary, she made my luck more alarming. During the whole conversation, she was still not interested in my well-being, communication with the patient, but more about the organization work, as if she were not a doctor, but a mentor. I needed a description to go straight to the next doctor, but they didn't go to my appointment and as a result I had to cancel the doctor. The overall impression is not very good. The only thing that softened it was that the people at the reception were more responsive.
