If a defect is detected after repair or maintenance, it is eliminated at its own expense as soon as possible. They order, in agreement with the client, spare parts for repairs, which makes life easier for the client and does not take time to find, purchase, and deliver spare parts from the store to the service station. If the spare part does not fit, the master returns it himself and orders a new one. I also positively assess the renovation in the room, the cleanliness inside and around the service station. There is a sofa for vacationers, a coffee machine. Among the disadvantages: the non-functioning camber/convergence line and the oil change device through the hole for the oil dipstick.

We took them to the specialists at the Hangar, identified everything in two seconds and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. Maybe the guys are only looking into the French? I can't tell you. But I wouldn't trust them with my personal car.

The negative impression remained. I signed up with them for the diagnosis of the rear suspension on 04.26.26, the verdict was made in my presence (replacement of the entire rear suspension, including the subframe). They signed up for repairs on 30.04.26. During this time, I purchased everything necessary for replacement. During the inspection, there were questions about how to lift the car on the lift if the rear sills were not being held to carry out such repairs. But then they decided that there were places where the lift's paws could rest, and I left to wait for 30.04. The cost of the work was approximately 450 rubles. - initial. 30.04 I drove the car to 9.00, gave the keys and went home. At about 1 p.m., they called me and said that they couldn't install the car on the lift, and they redirected it to another service station, which seemed to be ready for repair, but only next week and again after a full diagnosis. As a result, I lost a week of time, 30 rubles for suspension diagnostics, as a result of which they told me everything that I knew myself, I just needed an answer, whether they would repair it or not. So also the repair in the morning on 30.04 suddenly began to cost (from 450 rubles.)- it turns out to be 1100r. In calculating the final price for the work, related operations were indicated, for example (replacing the rear longitudinal levers and reinstalling the hubs), and on the Nissan Qashqai, replacing the longitudinal lever without reinstalling the hub is impossible. The same as replacing the stretcher without replacing the transverse levers is also impossible. But all the transactions were recorded in the total amount. Well, there was an opinion that they just decided not to take on this job, by the way, one of the employees said that he was not going to repair my car. Well, okay, I've already found another place and it's much cheaper than 1100 rubles. and without hired workers. When I picked up the car, they didn't even apologize for the lost waiting time and unjustified expectations.
