I took the laptop to be cleaned and replaced with thermal paste that year, a year later, when I was re-diagnosed at another center, it was clear that the coolers had not been disassembled and cleaned, the thermal paste was applied so that it blurred and flooded the transistors, the thermal paste did not match the thermal conductivity, the thermal pads were of questionable quality. As a result, after such cleaning, a chip was formed on the processor. No detailed job descriptions or photographs were provided. There is a huge risk of spoiling the equipment forever The answer to what the service wrote (perhaps their comment is erased when editing, I do not know): The laptop was working normally, I don't live on a construction site, I live in a clean place, but there was a dense wall of dust at the side holes for purging, this does not form in any way in a year, it just wasn't cleaned the previous time. Overheating and throttling were and were regular, they did not appear after 12 months, initially the temperature drop was very minimally noticeable, after a new cleaning it was really cold, after the cleaning that was done by your service there was almost no difference, it remained hot, but I attributed it to the nature of gaming laptops, my mistake. The laptop was heating up to critical values at the end of this year, and given the high temperature throughout the entire time, the chip formed stupidly during this time, you did not report it a year ago. Maybe you didn't consider it necessary to report this, which can be assumed, but a year ago there were no such problems with temperature and throttling. There was no self-disassembly, the laptop did not fall down even once, and it was very unlikely that it was chipped from scratch. I don't care about conflicts of interest, I saw with my own eyes how the transistors were flooded (as well as the walls of dust), it was never profitable for another service to clean up all this at the price of a regular replacement of thermal paste, and the service did so. I gave my laptop to this service, so what's the point of slandering something after the agreed procedure and the work I've done? I have already referred it not to you, I did not come with questions and I did not need to be persuaded to buy a service and have a debate about why they are better than you. I'm guessing that your materials were unsuitable, because the price of your service did not match the prices of thermal paste suitable for an expensive gaming laptop (it did not match the amount of paste spent on its cost), but it was nice to think that I found a cheaper price, like all of us. Another master simply did his job and explained how he did it, explained what he encountered as he worked and explained how to monitor the condition of the laptop now so that it does not turn into an eternal problem. You didn't explain or show anything, this is your strategic mistake, even if everything was fine, this is an adequate approach and I advise you to start following it. I don't care if you believe me or not, maybe at least one of the potential clients will stumble upon this and think twice, so something has already been done for a reason. And it's very funny to read a framed review that you yourself had to write and you gave it to the neural network)
