Many thanks to the Asia Hotel in Astana for a wonderful stay! We, three tourists from Russia, were absolutely delighted with our stay with you. From the very beginning, everything turned out as well as possible: the check-in was quick and hassle-free, which immediately set a positive mood for the whole trip. We would like to express our special gratitude to the administrators, Dinara and her replacement. They were incredibly friendly and attentive: they helped solve all the issues, gave useful advice and showed such hospitality that really surprised and touched us. It's nice to meet such a level of courtesy and care! The hotel was very cozy, warm and quiet — exactly what you need after a busy day of walking around the city. Initially, we were a little worried about the location, expecting some inconvenience, but in fact everything turned out to be just wonderful: the area turned out to be convenient, and the hotel itself was a real island of comfort. Separately, we note the ideal price-performance ratio: "Asia" exceeded our expectations in all respects. We will definitely stay with you again on our next visit to Astana! There is no Wi-Fi. Very far away, on the outskirts, in an industrial area. But... the receptionists were friendly, the bed linen was clean, and it was comfortable to sleep.
