A lovely family guest house. Newly renovated with an authentic atmosphere. The rooms are hand-painted with Bukhara ornaments. The bed is big, the mattress is hard (my back said thank you). There is soap and shower gel, slippers. Dental kits, shampoos/conditioners, take your own. I agree with several reviews that the renovation is new, but not all the furniture has been changed. We had an old Soviet cabinet, and the shelf in the shower needs to be replaced (rusty). There is no refrigerator in the room, there is a shared patio. (We had a standard room) But these are such small things when you are greeted as the closest guests, you are fed delicious homemade breakfasts (a menu to order from the evening). Make sure to take the pancakes, the hostess bakes them superbly! Close to the main attractions (12-20 minutes on foot, depending on the location), but at the same time you live in silence, without the hustle and bustle of the city and tourists. A cozy, lovely courtyard where you can sit with a glass/cup or have breakfast. They issue a registration form (customs officers may ask when crossing the border back) As we understood, there is also an old room stock, in a separate building (I will attach a photo), there people were not very happy with the condition of the rooms, the water pressure. Please note this when booking. We liked everything, I recommend it.

A great place to relax! A very cozy hotel with an amazing atmosphere. The hosts are incredibly friendly and hospitable, always ready to help and suggest where it is better to go. The breakfasts are just great: delicious, varied and homely. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is conveniently located — all the main attractions are very close, you can walk. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for comfort, coziness and real warm hospitality. 💜
