I've gone through a lot of masters before her, and I'm 1000% sure that her manicure will be perfect, and her feet will be as delicate as a baby's, and there won't be a scratch on her nails until the next visit. I chose the salon based on high ratings and good reviews, as well as because of its convenient location. I signed up for a Japanese manicure. I arrived a little in advance — about 10 minutes in advance. Unfortunately, no one met him, the master was on the phone at that moment, so it was not immediately clear where to go. After the call, I was invited to the office. The workplace did not seem to be the most tidy — there was dust on the table from previous clients, the coating was removed without a good hood, so the dust got on things and hands. The master herself noted that "if you don't clean it, it's still dusty." Also, the instruments were not opened with me, so I cannot assess the level of sterility. The master (Irina) was polite, but she immediately said that "Japanese manicure will break nails" and there is no point in it, but she did not offer an alternative, although I came precisely because I was allergic to gel polish. During the procedure, the master's phone often rang, and she was distracted by calls and messages, sometimes even putting the conversation on speaker — this made it a little difficult to relax. It was uncomfortable when, after removing the coating from my hands, they put foil on me and asked me to go to the pedicure chair — the foil fell off, and the process turned out to be uncomfortable. In general, the procedure was completed, but the impression remained ambiguous: the manicure itself was done, but I would like to pay more attention to the client, the cleanliness of the workplace and the atmosphere in general.
