I went to a coloring session, but in the end I got the wrong color and went with a blonde instead of pink, although I named the color and showed it. They held me for 4 hours, trying to remove the black color from the ends, although I repeated 100 times that I didn't need it, as a result, they offered to come up another day to repair it, but I probably would have to pay even though they took the money as if they had done the color I wanted.
