When the doctor saw me, she refused to perform the procedure, but without warning me about the cost, she began to tell me some theoretical aspects of the procedure, how and what is carried out, etc. Then they billed me at the reception as a consultation. I didn't need a consultation, the procedure is safe and fast, and it doesn't require any special preparation. I think that in this case, the doctor should have just warned me that the procedure would not be performed and let me go, rewriting me for another day. Or inform them that we are now conducting a consultation, its cost is such and such.
