Referring to the Bank's Policy, they keep funds coming to you on their transit accounts, and then they simply refuse to credit them. We have to return money to Customers and transfer contracts to another servicing Bank. No explanation is provided about this.

If the accountant works on the old version of the site, and the director has a new version, then ready payments are not visible in the new version.
You need to go to the old version.... And make payments from there. It's very inconvenient.

Also, a young man, most likely a senior manager, always comes into the hall and asks in the queue what question they came up with. It will always help and, if possible, speed up the service.
