Correspondence with them goes on WhatsApp, it seems that the employees on WhatsApp do not have instructions on how to solve this or that issue at all. The information provided by WhatsApp does not match the information of the call center. There is always a queue in the departments, as a rule 1-2 people work, the rest drink tea in the staff room. I will note that at the same time I am a premium customer!! Where is there any hint of premium service at all????? And you can not even bother and do not write empty apologies and promises to figure it out here.
