I came to open an account for a legal entity 40 minutes before closing, they sent me with the words: "We won't have time anymore, come back after the holidays." I'm just like 1,000 individuals to them, I can choose not to come back, go to any other bank, and they don't care about you and their bank.

I'm not looking forward to opening new ones. Just look at two branches of different banks in Orbit. And everything will become clear. Forte is empty and at the same time 3-4 people are sitting in line at the checkout :))), there are a lot of people across the street from Kaspi, but there is constant movement and no one is waiting in line. For the same question, there are 40 minutes of waiting in line at Forte, and exactly 3 minutes at Kaspi.
