Everyone's working day is almost 18.00 and to get into the cell you need to leave work two hours before the end of the working day !!You ask for leave and you don't get in!!!Yesterday there was the same situation, I arrived at the bank at 16.20, there were 2 people in front and at 16.55 a girl came out and said that they would not be able to accept me and another client!!! Terrible attitude towards their clients We will switch to another bank with such a relationship. They served 1 person in 40 minutes! Take 2 managers for this operation, one accepts people to visit the cell, the second concludes contracts, etc.!! Otherwise you will not have so many customers! And to add to all this, that people are sitting for an hour and there are only 2 people in line, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience!!!

It turns out that it only changes on the billing date. Isn't that crazy?! In addition, ERIP payments can take 4! days. If the payment was sent on Friday, the bank will see it only on Monday afternoon. Because of this, a fine was added to the last installment plan, since the last day of payment was on Friday. According to the logic of the bank, I had to go to another city (there is no branch in mine) to make the payment. All normal banks see payments instantly, but this is the last century.
