We ordered rolls and teriyaki, but unfortunately we were disappointed. Delivery was delayed by an hour, and because of this, the baked rolls got cold, lost their taste and texture. The teriyaki chicken was also not up to par — the batter completely softened and peeled off the meat. We expected much better quality. They also forgot to add soy sauce. We are disappointed for the second time in a month. Review the processes, as it is obvious that delivery is "ailing" when placing an order through the BAO app.We hope that you will take measures to prevent this from happening again.
