I bought a second sofa at baobab, and the second purchase was very disappointing, the quality of the workmanship is very disappointing, the crooked stitching, the very cheap folding mechanism "dolphin", the curved headrests relative to the backs, the fabric was stained at the bottom, but it turned out to be cleaned with a damp cloth. I will also note the production time, the contract stipulates 45 working days, in my case exactly 44 days were spent on delivery and manufacture. In 2019, I bought +/- the same sofa, the quality was much better, so I decided to buy a second sofa from baobab, but they disappointed me.

The customer orientation was simply at zero, after the shortcomings were identified after the purchase of the sofa, the solution to their elimination had to wait for weeks until the spouse persistently began to conduct a dialogue. As a result, baobab shifted its responsibility to the manufacturer Trevi, and washed its hands of it, they are not interested in anything further, in particular, how the issue is resolved, although the contractual relationship is only between us as buyers and baobab seller. As a result, the nuances were not completely eliminated, but we received compensation for the defects of the sofa that were not eliminated, and all these issues were resolved with the Trevi company. Then the question arises, why would a Baobab intermediary, who receives money with a very good margin and does not resolve issues, if it is possible to order directly from Trevi cheaper and resolve issues, if they arise, directly with the manufacturer. All sofas that are presented in the showrooms are made by the Trevi company
