The food is undeniably delicious. But the waiter kept disappearing somewhere, and in the end they tried to force him to pay several times, because they used the wrong terminal. They thought that the payment would not go through. The bank conducted the transaction successfully in the end. The support team said that this is the norm and it lasts up to 3 days here, in case of problems. What's it? An attempt to deceive or stupidity. They accept payments every day, and aren't they familiar with this? I think we know each other! It is completely unacceptable to put the responsibility on the customers. I won't go there anymore and I won't recommend such an institution to my friends.

A wonderful hookah bar. Friendly staff. We were passing through, on the first day of our stay we went to smoke a hookah. There was very little money, because we arrived in the evening and changed just a little at the border. And we arrived in Uralsk very late. In general, we barely had enough money for a hookah)) we sat for a long time and as a result, tea is brought to us along with the hookah! The guys understood the situation and turned out to be very hospitable. Moreover, the tea is real Kazakh with milk. That's how we got acquainted with the culture of Kazakhstan on the first day of our stay in Uralsk. We are very grateful to the guys from the hookah Mint, the management has a lot of respect 🙏 Now we are telling about Kazakh tea to all our friends who are planning to visit Kazakhstan. Very unusual and delicious tea.
