We had a vacation in November 2025. The hotel is nice, beautiful, very convenient location! The beach is just super, just like in the picture. There is a lot of food, there is a lot to choose from! We never went hungry! Fish, chicken, pork and beef are always available) delicious cheeses, fruits and desserts. There are tired elements, the hotel is not new, but it did not interfere with our rest! Considering the country's economic system, it's a great vacation for that kind of money! There are not many mosquitoes in November, you can take something from insects with you so that you don't strain!) the staff is polite, pleasant, we will miss them very much)) we flew with the child, we'll come back and decide everything)!

We had a vacation in February 2026. The hotel is wonderful - we lived in a bungalow, yes, not renovated, but this is Cuba) The beach is perfect, there have always been free sun beds. If it was necessary to replace a towel or bed linen, or bring more water to the room, etc., they left a dollar and a gift for the maid with a note in Spanish. We were completely satisfied with the food - a large selection of dishes, every evening we tried to surprise with something - we baked sinabones, prepared sushi, canapes, lobsters. The pool is really not cleaned, but no one really swims in it - everyone swims by the sea, they just sunbathe by the pool. There are many bars on the territory, beer is poured everywhere, and various cocktails are served. Yes, it's not five stars in the usual Turkey, but for Cuba, it's a well-deserved five stars) What I would like to advise those who go is to take disposable shower towels - they give out small ones and only two per person. Bring your slippers to the room. Mosquito repellents have also come in handy. In general, the hotel has a store that sells suntan and after-sun products, flip-flops, and some beach clothes. We paid with a card whenever possible, and the exchange rate was acceptable. The territory is very green, you can see that they take care of it and try their best.

I went to a great hotel there in November. Upon arrival, I was immediately given a bracelet and checked in. The food is good at 7 a.m. for breakfast and up to 10 p.m. at 12.30 p.m. for lunch and up to 15 p.m. at 6.30 p.m. for dinner and up to 22 p.m. The staff is very polite, I just go to lunch and immediately ask what to bring from the drinks. When I went to the beach, the workers offered to buy a coconut. There is a lot of coconut water in a coconut and it costs only 1 dollar. There are parties and bingo every evening. I advise everyone to go to Cuba. One thing is bad, it's a 15-hour flight, but it's worth it.
