If I listed the advantages: convenient location to the entire infrastructure and to the sea too, taxi always and without problems, my room on the 32nd floor had more advantages on the city:you can see parks, a yacht club, tree houses, Winter shopping center, Summer and beyond the sea. It's not noisy from the street, and I haven't heard any neighbors. The hotel is quite so-so. But an important caveat: the rooms are divided between 4 owners, whose rooms are in different condition. There may also be rooms of different owners on the same floor, so little will be clear from the reviews specifically about your room. But I'll still describe it and attach a photo of our room. The room is damaged: the furniture is worn out, there is dust in some places, rust on the balcony railings, upholstered furniture is stained, cabinets creak and the doors in them are skewed. The wires leading to the TV and modem are made as sloppy and ostentatious as possible. Towels are a lottery, they can be normal, or they can be almost full of holes. There is a small kitchen, but it's more for Chinese tourists: a large frying pan, a slow cooker (or a rice cooker, we didn't really look). They used their own slippers, as they were reusable and it was squeamish to use them. Cleaning is daily, but not particularly diligent: the bed will be changed, the trash will be taken out and the floor will be washed at least. What's really a plus (for which there are 3 stars, not 2) is the view - it's cool here (as for the second line).

Barry Boutique Hotel is a great hotel in the heart of Dadonghai Tourist Bay. To the sea – 7-10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Free sun loungers are included. The rooms are spacious, with everything you need! Cleaning for 5 + Delicious hearty breakfasts! Breathtaking views from the window! We were 100% satisfied with the visit! Among the disadvantages are the long wait for the elevator, the lack of a spacious closet and stuffiness in the restaurant during breakfast. But these are absolute trifles that do not spoil the holiday experience at all!

Two excellent, wide beds, change of bed linen - daily. Towels - for face, shower, beach towels. Room cleaning is daily. Daily replenishment of hygiene kits, bottled water and tea bags. Check-in is officially at 15:00, in fact it starts after 12:00. You will have to pay for early check-in - 400 yuan per room. Upon check-in, the deposit is $ 100, refunded upon departure. Reception is on the 6th floor, breakfast is on the 5th. You can go up without a room card to the 5th, 6th and 36th floors (on both sides there are open observation balconies with magnificent views of Sanya). The breakfasts are not rich, but you will not stay hungry. The pool is on the sixth floor, very simple, without heated water, there are sun beds. A very specific smell - old age, dampness and local spices. It is impossible to dry clothes, even socks dried for 2 days. Going down and up the elevator is a whole quest, especially if the room is on high floors. At first you wait a long time, then you climb into an elevator full of Chinese people and stop on each floor. To click on the floor button, you need to attach a map. It's like being on the Moscow metro at 8 a.m. all day long. Immediately put 10 minutes on the elevator. There is almost nothing for a Russian tourist to take for breakfast. Most of the dishes are incomprehensible liquids and mixtures, something spicy, sour. It's very unusual for us to have breakfast. From a friend, these are noodles and unleavened buns (instead of bread, there is no bread in the Whale). The tea is already brewed. There is no coffee. There were large plates with tangerines and some other fruits, but people immediately surrounded them like wild animals and took everything with them. They left breakfast hungry or didn't eat. Fortunately, the hotel is surrounded by plenty of places to eat. Downstairs, there is a coffee shop and a cafe with dumplings. The hotel is not bad, especially if the room is above the 29th floor, the rooms are large, they are cleaned normally, there are towels on the beach, they are changed every day. The room was changed twice, and some rooms have a terrible sewer smell. Breakfasts are normal by Chinese standards. We take the elevator to the floor according to the room map, on floors starting from 29 it is quiet and peaceful. There is a small pool on the 6th floor, it was not. The sea is 300 meters away on foot, there are many cafes, there is even a hookah bar right in the building. Convenient location. I recommend.

Yes, I was. The center of Dodonghai. It's fun to walk to the beach for 7 minutes. The whole life of the seaside town (1.5 million people, but not all here) is in front of you. The hotel has its own swimming pool, if anything, we swim there. Very plus, if you click on the 1st floor in lit, then you will get straight to the store, even in a bathrobe!

The first impression is creepy! When booking, they immediately specified the floor above 25. The result was that we arrived with an early meeting fee and went up to the reception on the 6th floor. There is a smoking guard at the entrance, there is nothing to breathe. The sleepy receptionist gave me the keys to the room on the 8th floor. When asked about a reservation above 25, she gave the answer, there are no others. Wait for it. The room is terrible, the balcony is open, all the smells of street food in the room. The room is very tired and dirty. Waiting to meet the dawn with a view of the sea, alas and ah.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2024. We were very lucky with the room, we lived on the top floor (36), a great view of the city from the full-length window. Gorgeous lighting of buildings at night. The yacht club was visible from the room . In general, the breakfasts are not bad.
