He began to assure them that everything was fine with them, that he would now call an expert examination, which costs 800 thousand, and if it showed that it was not about auto chemicals, I would pay (which is absurd, apparently n considers himself very smart). Then the cleaner, Victor, connected, and assumed that this was how the wax dried up, apparently I did not ask to be waxed on the hot hood, but it turned out that they included it in the price, as a result, he wiped the wax with a rag, and everything became normal. The administrator can only collect money, solve problems with the client and communicate with clients - this is not his. There was an unpleasant aftertaste that they had a joint, and they were trying to make a fool of the client, in the end he did not even apologize. I do not recommend a car wash.
