I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday.
I contacted the manager on Instagram. I was answered ~ once every 40 minutes. I decided to drive straight to the point to save time. There was a nice girl in the store who answered all my questions. I ordered delivery on a certain day at 10 a.m. (I was repeated several times that delivery is possible from 10 a.m. within the MKAD for 10 rubles). It was fundamentally important, because Mom leaves at a certain time. As a result, there is no courier at 11:00. I write saying, where are the flowers? They tell me that everything will be fine in 15 minutes.
I got from the store to my house in 30 minutes without a car. They did not bring flowers at the promised 11.30 (although it was already late), but at
12.00. The courier arrived much later than promised.
It turns out that there was no point in this delivery anymore.
Because Mom is not at home. It's a pity, I paid in advance, so I would have refused to pay for the delivery.
The beautiful flowers have arrived.
A good store to come and pick up the bouquet yourself. But if you need delivery and time is crucial, then it will let you down.

I attach a photo of the requested bouquet and a photo after delivery . The final bouquet was slightly modified due to the presence of flowers, but there was a request to add a little flowers for volume- judge for yourself whether it turned out or not (as the eucalyptus branch told me 10 rubles, 3 of them + allegedly added more bush roses). The bouquet did not even stand for a day and a half. The lily withered the next day, the bush Rose began to rot from the inside. I wrote to the store - they began to shift responsibility to me, they took 50 rubles for delivery outside the city, they said they took into account the location and the work of the courier, as well as that the bouquet was delivered in comfortable conditions, but for some reason they decided to note that the bouquet drove for almost an hour in the heat (and I don't care about that - your task is to make sure that everything goes well, you get paid for it)) and in general, that flowers are not a durable product) thank you, of course, 200 rubles are wasted, it is unpleasant for the donor and recipient. They didn't even bother to send the photo for approval before they gave it to the courier. What can I say. The main thing is that the store doesn't care about anything at all. They didn 't even apologize ) I do not wish your "business" prosperity, I do not recommend the store.
