I ordered a bouquet in the amount of 295 BYN, the bouquet consisted of gypsophila and field daisies, to begin with, I threw off a photo to see if they could make such a bouquet, the answer was positive that the bouquet would be made exactly the same, he said that the budget could be increased so that the bouquet would be exactly the same, but unfortunately, the bouquet turned out to be TERRIBLE, we agreed on delivery from 8:30 to 10:30, there were 2 hours of time to deliver this bouquet, the bouquet was DELIVERED At 10:45, I attach a photo ( 1 photo of the bouquet that was thrown to me, it is clear that the photo is prepared) ( 2 photos of what came) . In any case, I do not advise you to take bouquets here. I also want to note the incompetence of the manager who communicated with me on the Instagram social network, since I wrote about my dissatisfaction, I did not receive any adequate solution to this situation.

The courier did not arrive at the specified time + was another hour late. anything can happen, of course, they turned a blind eye to it. if you order a bouquet here, expect that they will collect it from flowers, to put it mildly, not the first freshness. we contacted Instagram personally, waiting for some kind of explanation. We didn't get an answer a day or two later. The photos of the flowers were taken on the same day(19) at 8-10 pm(the flowers arrived sometime after five , they were in the water all the time , I do not recommend it …
