I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday at work. Everything was fine in terms of delivery time and communication with the manager, but there are things that will no longer order flowers here:
1. The bouquet was terrible. I chose a bouquet based on the examples of ready-made ones and what should have turned out did not match what I received. It was as if they had chosen flowers that had been standing for a long time (which made the bouquet look wilted). When I told everyone how much a bouquet costs, they immediately said that I was tricked, since the bouquet is more or less, but not for that kind of money
2. No one reported when the flowers were delivered. That's why I didn't know until the end whether my wife had received flowers or not. Therefore, I had to write myself and find out everything.
Point No. 2 is still okay, it happens. But it's a shame for the bouquet and the money spent. I do not recommend it

I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday. It turned out very cool! The bouquet turned out to be lush and delicate, the flowers themselves were fresh. The florist Ekaterina helped me create such beauty, she was friendly, pleasant in communication, and told me how to take care of flowers. Thank you very much, mom really liked the bouquet, she was delighted! There was a large selection of colors in the store, which is also a big plus! We ordered a bouquet in advance, specifying whether everything would be as in the photo, to which the guys politely replied:"Yes, of course."
There was supposed to be a delivery, but we changed our mind and decided to pick it up ourselves.
As a result, wilted flowers, but for employees they are of course the freshest)
Customer orientation is not about them.
When asked if they would buy such flowers themselves, they of course answered yes)
They are probably the most satisfied buyers of their flowers)

We ordered a bouquet for my birthday on the 19th. The courier did not arrive at the specified time + was another hour late. anything can happen, of course, they turned a blind eye to it.
if you order a bouquet here, expect that they will collect it from flowers, to put it mildly, not the first freshness.
we contacted Instagram personally, waiting for some kind of explanation. We didn't get an answer a day or two later.
The photos of the flowers were taken on the same day(19) at 8-10 pm(the flowers arrived sometime after five , they were in the water all the time , I do
not recommend it …

I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday.
I contacted the manager on Instagram. I was answered ~ once every 40 minutes. I decided to drive straight to the point to save time. There was a nice girl in the store who answered all my questions. I ordered delivery on a certain day at 10 a.m. (I was repeated several times that delivery is possible from 10 a.m. within the MKAD for 10 rubles). It was fundamentally important, because Mom leaves at a certain time. As a result, there is no courier at 11:00. I write saying, where are the flowers? They tell me that everything will be fine in 15 minutes.
I got from the store to my house in 30 minutes without a car. They did not bring flowers at the promised 11.30 (although it was already late), but at
12.00. The courier arrived much later than promised.
It turns out that there was no point in this delivery anymore.
Because Mom is not at home. It's a pity, I paid in advance, so I would have refused to pay for the delivery.
The beautiful flowers have arrived.
A good store to come and pick up the bouquet yourself. But if you need delivery and time is crucial, then it will let you down.

I attach a photo of the requested bouquet and a photo after delivery . The final bouquet was slightly modified due to the presence of flowers, but there was a request to add a little flowers for volume- judge for yourself whether it turned out or not (as the eucalyptus branch told me 10 rubles, 3 of them + allegedly added more bush roses). The bouquet did not even stand for a day and a half. The lily withered the next day, the bush Rose began to rot from the inside. I wrote to the store - they began to shift responsibility to me, they took 50 rubles for delivery outside the city, they said they took into account the location and the work of the courier, as well as that the bouquet was delivered in comfortable conditions, but for some reason they decided to note that the bouquet drove for almost an hour in the heat (and I don't care about that - your task is to make sure that everything goes well, you get paid for it)) and in general, that flowers are not a durable product) thank you, of course, 200 rubles are wasted, it is unpleasant for the donor and recipient. They didn't even bother to send the photo for approval before they gave it to the courier. What can I say. The main thing is that the store doesn't care about anything at all. They didn 't even apologize ) I do not wish your "business" prosperity, I do not recommend the store.

I ordered flowers by March 8 on behalf of my supervisor at his request on March 6.
1. They counted incorrectly, they lost 18 rubles, referring to the surprise. They asked to show an example of the design, they said that they would choose according to their taste. We refused the offer. It turned out that they had confused the number of colors. The amount has decreased.
2. Delivery was ordered on time between 12 and 16:00, however, by 16:30 the flowers were still not with the recipient, and the flower shop reported that the courier had not taken the flowers from them. Although they initially wrote that, yes, they delivered.
3. The flowers were delivered at 19:30. But before that, they offered to cancel the order for us and for the store to refund the money. But it's March 8th. The customer is waiting for flowers while in another country for the recipient.
The recipient was at home from morning to 7 p.m. and was waiting for flowers. And they offer to dial the recipient and clarify if he is at home to bring flowers…
Disgusting attitude, the mood is spoiled, I do not recommend this flower shop.

2) they did not inform that the bouquet was sent and delivered (I ordered it as a surprise gift)
3) did not send a photo of the finished bouquet before shipping
4) there is no customer orientation. I wrote to sort out the situation, the complaint message was initially just read. There were no proposals to solve the problem, the main thing is that, in their opinion, the bouquet is harmonious. And the customer's opinion is nothing to them.

We were dissatisfied with the quality of products and customer service!
The flowers seem to be not the first freshness with brown creases, the packaging is not fixed at all, the whole thing has fallen apart… In response, we received only "slightly crushed" (flowers), i.e. crushed flowers with creases is this the norm?!, as well as "the packaging is not designed for such a stormy wind as today". We have not received any apologies or suggestions to correct this situation. Reviews on Instagram are being deleted.
It's a shame to somehow give such a "bouquet" for an anniversary.
