Well, honestly, there are a lot of questions about this institution. I booked through booking, gave the card number to guarantee the reservation. Upon departure, I paid for the accommodation, and after 2 hours the amount was written off again. The money was returned 2 days later, but at a different exchange rate (the card is in euros). And then 2 days later, in the middle of the night, they try to debit 2x 150 euros for payment in online games... Thank God the bank has blocked payments. Maybe not them, but it's a strange coincidence, and the card was given only to them. Keep in mind, and pay only in cash at this institution.

We rested for a week in March 2024. Excellent hotel, very clean, cozy, buffet breakfasts, lovely women in the cozy dining room brewed delicious Turkish coffee)) The location can't be better, it doesn't seem to be in the very center, but it's two steps away) there is a supermarket nearby, two vegetable shops nearby, a pharmacy just down the street). We went down and walked along Rustaveli) to the right - Freedom Square, the historical center, the Nartkala fortress, to the left Rustaveli metro station) the Khinkali House restaurant is nearby, everything is very tasty and the prices are reasonable

An amazing hotel! Authentic interior design: spiral staircases, antique furniture, spacious lofts on the floors, antique books, paintings, fittings, Singer. It is clear that the owner approached the creation of the concept with great warmth and supports it. Delicious breakfast: hot dishes and fresh pastries, homemade pancakes, dogwood and mulberry jam. The rooms themselves are very spacious, there is an exit to the terrace, with balconies. We lived with my mother on the weekend, we are very happy! Next to the Opera house, you need to buy tickets in advance! :)
