Well, honestly, there are a lot of questions about this institution. I booked through booking, gave the card number to guarantee the reservation. Upon departure, I paid for the accommodation, and after 2 hours the amount was written off again. The money was returned 2 days later, but at a different exchange rate (the card is in euros). And then 2 days later, in the middle of the night, they try to debit 2x 150 euros for payment in online games... Thank God the bank has blocked payments. Maybe not them, but it's a strange coincidence, and the card was given only to them. Keep in mind, and pay only in cash at this institution.

A colorful old building, about 200 years old. Located at the foot of Mtatsminda Mountain. Very convenient location on Alexandra Chavchavadze street, 11. Between Shota Rustaveli Square and Freedom Square. Everything is within walking distance. A very beautiful colorful hotel in an old style. There is a cobblestone road outside, beautiful and original. The house has 6 floors in total, there is no elevator. All the rooms are different. There is. A relaxation area on the 2nd floor with a fireplace and upholstered furniture. A separate respect is the library on the 3rd floor. The books are mostly in Georgian, but there are also books in Russian. There are balconies on the upper floors, a large outdoor terrace on the 6th floor, and room 60 has a private exit to a terrace with stunning views of the entire city. There is a separate exit for everyone to the terrace. Antique furniture, room 60 has two single beds with orthopedic base and high-rigidity mattresses. There is a heater, if there is no heating, and an air conditioner. A small, very quiet refrigerator. Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the room on the 6th floor, and it was not convenient to go down and up with hot tea if you wanted to drink tea in the room instead of in the dining area on the 1st floor. By the way, the breakfasts are from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., very tasty. Buckwheat porridge or rice with vegetables, mashed potatoes, always three types of sausage, boiled sausages, eggs, carrot or beet salad, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, lettuce leaves, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, sour cream, three types of jam, instant coffee and tea in the assortment, pastries such as cupcakes. You won't stay hungry! The very sweet hostess of the Dodo kitchen prepares a wonderful omelet for the guests, the smell of which wakes up everyone who did not even think about breakfast. The caring maid always offers to change towels and clean the room when meeting. The rooms have modern sanitary facilities, a shower cabin, and some rooms have bathtubs. Polite guys work at the reception. One guy only knows Georgian and English, but everyone understood each other anyway, the rest know three languages, including Russian. The guys help carry the suitcases to the room. In front of the hotel there is a 24-hour supermarket Spar, such as a mini-pyaterochka. There is a bakery nearby, always fresh and varied pastries. There are many restaurants and currency exchanges in the area. I definitely recommend the hotel to visit! Better than all those luxury villages!

Excellent hotel, very clean, cozy, buffet breakfasts, lovely women in the cozy dining room brewed delicious Turkish coffee)) The location can't be better, it doesn't seem to be in the very center, but it's two steps away) there is a supermarket nearby, two vegetable shops nearby, a pharmacy just down the street). We went down and walked along Rustaveli) to the right - Freedom Square, the historical center, the Nartkala fortress, to the left Rustaveli metro station) the Khinkali House restaurant is nearby, everything is very tasty and the prices are reasonable

An amazing hotel! Authentic interior design: spiral staircases, antique furniture, spacious lofts on the floors, antique books, paintings, fittings, Singer. It is clear that the owner approached the creation of the concept with great warmth and supports it. Delicious breakfast: hot dishes and fresh pastries, homemade pancakes, dogwood and mulberry jam. The rooms themselves are very spacious, there is an exit to the terrace, with balconies. We lived with my mother on the weekend, we are very happy! Next to the Opera house, you need to buy tickets in advance! :)
