There is a very cozy place in Belokurikha. If you visit it once, you are very likely to visit it more and more. As we entered, Yulia Kovalyova, the waitress, greeted us with a charming smile and kind words. She escorted us to the table and offered a menu. Dishes, cooked under supervision of Egor Nesterenko, the chief, are little pieces of art. Everything is decorated beautifully and served flawlessly. First you want to admire the piece of cooked art, take a photo of it and only after that you might want to start eating it slowly. Live music, ethereal, pleasant voices, grande diversity of songs create a festive atmosphere. It's like the world spinning around you and only you. Even if there is no special occasion for the visit, still you'll always remember the decorations, pleasant ambient, polite service, delicious various dishes that are beautifully served, music and the opportunity to dance and get away from daily routine. And the next time the guest without any doubt will visit the restuarant BEAVER.

Вкусные блюда, атмосфера приятная. Цены — норма для этого курорта (хотя это, конечно, вопрос философский, особенно 450р за чайник пакетированного чая, но мы не будем оспаривать). Обслуживание хорошее, разве что официантам надо не забывать перечислять блюда в заказе. Еда оставила очень приятные впечатления.

Зашла попробовать меню топового ресторана Белокурихи - не впечатлили) Заказала тар-тар из говядины, готовят из мраморки, нарезка крупновата, но в общем и целом вкусно. Подача красивая. Салат из лосося (с яблоками и айоли) - щитай тар-тар - много соуса, теряется вкус всего, сверху насыпали розовый перец горошком, он вообще весь вкус убивает. Тирамису - какая-то жижа, простите. Возможно я выбрала самое не удачное. Официанты молодцы! Молодые, красивые, выглядят и работают хорошо. Кухню и бар отдали быстро.
