A nice, comfortable office, an electronic queue. I needed a local SIM card, made for 6000 tenge. We couldn't set up esim, but this is the only disadvantage.

We have issued a Simple tariff here for opening a bank card. A nice girl at the entrance helped to make an electronic queue ticket. We waited in line for 30 minutes. There are 4 managers working, everything is fast. There is a cash deposit machine.

It's fast, everything is in an electronic queue, everything works, there are quite a lot of people, but the queue goes fast. Beeline can't offer anything new, the consultants keep saying the same thing as on the website and in the application. Prices are not the most affordable, especially in roaming. One thing pleases me is that consultants do not impose any services.

Excellent office, very convenient electronic queue, sit and wait for your number. Young guys work, they are very responsive. They came already 10 minutes before closing time, stayed with us, did not refuse, everything was arranged for everyone, although the working hours had already ended. I also saw that they have a large selection of phones, the room is bright and spacious.
