At the same time, every month after using about 360 GB, the Internet speed is limited, which in fact makes it impossible to fully use the service until the end of the paid period. There is no information about this restriction explicitly in the application interface. I believe that this practice is misleading to the consumer. I beg: provide the official terms of the tariff with an indication of the limit; explain the reasons for the absence of this information in the application; consider providing additional traffic volume or compensation on a regular basis.
