Five stars for the staff. Very nice people. All the hotel staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. They speak Turkish and English. Don't expect much from the rooms. The standard room is small. There is no sound insulation, you can hear everyone and everything. This is probably the biggest disadvantage. Room cleaning on request. We had it cleaned every day. The room is clean. The bathroom is clean enough, but it can be better. The beds, mattress, pillows, and bed linen are clean. From bathroom accessories: shampoo, shower gel, body milk, lump soap, soap dispensers (foam), slippers. Towels for two are given out three small and two large. Tea, coffee, kettle. The location of the hotel is good. The street where the hotel is located is quiet. There are metro and bus stops within a five-minute walk. There are many supermarkets, cafes, canteens, pharmacies around. There is a shopping center and a park nearby.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, excellent location (but it's a long walk from the hotel to the subway). I'm reducing it because of the terribly smoky room, where literally everything, even the kind of clean bed linen, stinks of cigarettes
