One customer is served for 20 minutes or even longer. The cashier talks to the customer for a very long time People come in and out. Elderly people stand in queues for hours . In an hour , the queue gathered from 9 people , but they did not advance one ....

The district (Vostochny) was left without a bank branch... One cashier, the work schedule is completely out of the ordinary (a couple of days a week???). And the area, by the way, is "not young," we would have thought about it.
