This bank is 10-15 years behind the technology: there are three working cash desks in the room + one cash desk for mail delivery and another for customer service in another room. There are no electronic coupons, the old-fashioned way is to queue up one after the other. Monday, the middle of the working day, only one cash register is open, while customers are led out of turn from another room to the same working cash register, increasing the waiting time for those who have been waiting for a long time. During the 20 minutes spent in the room, the bank staff did not open another cash register, although there were already five people in the queue. There is a shortage of staff. In addition, everyone has different operations that are carried out at the same cash register. Someone who changes money needs to spend 2 minutes at the counter, and someone comes there and performs complex operations for 5-10 minutes, and all this is not shared by that very holy information kiosk for this department, which distributes coupons and distributes customers. We would like to renovate the hall and hire more staff so as not to force customers to sit in queues at the same checkout for so long, there are no questions about the service itself.

The bank branch itself is hard to find, there's a gap in time inside, and some kind of past will do.: out of style, out of brand, rural tranquility and one cash register at a rather demanding opening time for customers.
