Today I went to this branch, surprisingly, one of the clients was a grandmother, took an e-ticket, I'm sitting waiting for my turn, the cashier and my grandmother were discussing neighbors, some, uncles and aunts,... their friends...after Grandma left...a colleague entered the window...Something had to be discussed with her, too...maybe even on business...and only then I was invited... and that...there was no currency needed (as always in this branch).This suggests a conclusion...not a bank branch...and the bench near the entrance

Very quick and courteous attitude to the client. I received the card in a separate operating window in just 10 minutes with a fairly large queue. The room is very small, but the air conditioning saves the day.
