It's tedious, long, and sad. An electronic queue, but its numbering puts a stop to it (everyone passes except you, of course) But the boiling point was the situation of buying currency in this bank, when a week later I could not change the bills I bought from them (allegedly questionable inclusions), when asked how this was happening, they just shrugged my shoulders....
