The service is very slow and takes a long time, most of it does not work. There are many windows, but one or two at most. And this is on a weekday.

I have not yet had a chance to go to the bank itself, but I have repeatedly used ATMs and an information kiosk. There is always money, a coupon receiver is installed in the information kiosk, they are located on the street and are available around the clock, which is very convenient and allows you to perform most operations at absolutely any time without contacting the bank itself.
