We've been trying to withdraw money from the account for several days now, they're feeding us breakfast. they promise that I will come to the card account, but they don't come in any way. We thought to pick it up in cash, but in the end they say that we will have to wait a day. as we know (after consulting with lawyers), the bank has no right to delay the disbursement of money, and if something does not work out for them (workload, no money, etc.), then these are not the client's problems, but the bank's problems, which in no way makes their work easier. if it were possible to put a lower score, it would be lower. what's the bank, what's the staff... in a word, horror!

Gomel, central branch at Lenin ave., 19. The worst branch is Belarusbank. There is no ATM on the street to replenish the card. There are a lot of people inside . You sit in line for hours. We have already applied to install a new ATM. Uselessly.
