I've used this branch about a dozen times in different years, seasons, and days of the week. And absolutely on all visits the issue was resolved. The operations are carried out fairly quickly. There is no information on the number of customers in the queue on the receipts (this is a feature of Belarusbank's divisions), but for a branch located outside the city center, the situation associated with this is generally not critical.

The bank is located near my house. I always use the info kiosk there. A very polite consultant guy, always helps. There is also an ATM and an information kiosk on the street for replenishing cash, which is convenient, especially on weekends when the bank is closed.
