It's clean, everything is on the plus side, the staff is there, but the queue doesn't move at all, we just spent half an hour in line to exchange currency, although it takes 10 minutes at most at Sberbank, the terminals don't work, they give an error, and 3 people got tired of waiting and went to a better bank.

No matter how I go in, there are a lot of people, or even one and a half thousand. Fortunately, there are 4 cash registers and 2 desk workstations available, so the process should be moving somehow. If customers gather here in large numbers with a consistency worthy of the best, then there must be something for it. A normal interior is a familiar phenomenon today, as is an electronic queue, so only the quality of work determines the assessment of the department. Let's hope for progress both in form and in business.

The staff are competent, polite, always ready to help the client. On the days of pension payments and utility payments, they do not show any irritation, because there are many of us, the bank's customers. Not everyone articulates the questions clearly...
