There was a problem with our Delonghi coffee machine - it began to brew very bitter coffee (like tar). Whatever grains are poured into it, the output is very bitter and nasty coffee. We asked Belkofegroup for help and told them about our problem. They suggested that it was most likely due to the accumulation of coffee oils and it was necessary to disassemble and thoroughly wash the car (and we had never done this since the purchase for about 4-5 years) and everything would be fine. So we did: the courier arrived on Friday afternoon (special thanks to him: at the very rush hour through all the traffic jams, he came and took our "wretch" for repair) and on Monday we were able to enjoy a wonderful and delicious coffee. Thank you very much!!!!

After 5 years of trouble-free service, the Siemens EQ6plus s400 refused to work with the error "top up with non-carbonated water or replace the filter." On 01.04, an employee of Belkofegroup took him out of the house and returned him in good condition on 05.04. The multi-valve was replaced and cleaned. The issue price is 270 rubles.
