The fate of the coffee machine under repair must be contacted independently and repeatedly, the manager at the reception is incompetent and allows himself rudeness. The decalcification and cleaning of the coffee machine from coffee oils, which the service allegedly did, was not noticed either visually or by the automation of the coffee machine (the message about the need for cleaning did not disappear). The cappuccino machine was out of order for 3 months after repair (the warranty period is 4 months), but the service refused to carry out repairs, citing the lack of spare parts. We are waiting for the result of the inspection from the regulatory authorities. Do not make the mistake of contacting this service. Save your time and nerves, and the coffee machine at the same time.

There were problems with the steam generator in the coffee machine. I handed it over to this service for diagnostics - they said that a replacement part was needed. The repair cost is like half of a new car. As a result, I refused to repair it, disassembled it myself and washed it off the scale - the problem went away. I don't recommend it.

Two days later, I dialed and asked what was wrong with the car, and received an answer that a list of services was sent to me for approval.. almost two days ago. Then they gave me deadlines that they couldn't keep) a like for the courier, a dislike for the rest. I don't recommend it!
